The whisky uses local ingredients and methods to create a rich peaty flavour. The packaging is locally sourced. The outer case (bamboo) can be used as a vase for growing the lemon verbena seeds which compliment the whisky. When grown the leaves can be used to make Green Mizuwari cocktails-
